With a local guide, explore Stockholm's City Hall, where the Nobel Prize award festivities take place. See the Council Chamber; the Gold Room, whose walls sparkle with 18 million pieces of gold mosaic and glass; and the Blue Room, misnamed because the architect changed his mind as work progressed and left its red-brick walls intact.
